We aim to repair and reinstate each window on the same working day wherever practicable, reducing the time an opening is left exposed and the disruption to people using the building.
Floors, furnishings and surrounding historic fabric are protected. Before reinstatement, each window is checked against the specification, adjusted and tested for operation.
